"排查充電問題時，請確保電源正常工作且RH1設備正確插入底座。開始充電時您應聽到充電提示音。
進一步排查請按以下步驟操作：
1.將RH1從底座取出
2.長按電源鍵3秒檢查設備是否開機
3.查看螢幕顯示的電量：
-若電量顯示100%且為首次使用設備，此現象正常。建議每次充電前先將電量完全耗盡。在初始充電週期中設備會自動校準電池，因此每次充滿後螢幕會熄滅進入省電模式-
