如果EZVIZ APP显示RS2不在线怎么办?

请按照以下步骤操作:

1. App显示机器人离线,但WiFi指示灯常亮:

a. 退出App并重新登录。

b. 重新连接手机网络(Wi-Fi或移动网络)。

c. 重启路由器。

2. App显示机器人离线,且Wi-Fi指示灯一直闪烁:

a. 确认机器人是否处于Wi-Fi信号弱的位置。

b. 确认Wi-Fi名称或密码是否更改,如已更改,请重新配置网络。

c. 关闭机器人的电源并重新启动。启动后观察Wi-Fi指示灯是否常亮,若常亮,刷新App查看是否上线,若闪烁,建议重启路由器。手机正常联网后,打开App检查是否在线,如仍离线,请重新配置网络。

3. 日常状态下Wi-Fi指示灯突然熄灭:

a. 检查机器人电源是否打开。

b. 在开机状态下短按重置按钮,观察Wi-Fi灯显示状态。
